变频器常用的防尘措施
(1)设计专门的变频器室。当使用的变频器功率较大或数量较多时,可以设计专门的变频器室。房间的门窗和电缆穿墙孔要求密封,防止粉尘侵入;要设计空气过滤装置和循环通道,以保持室内空气正常流通;保证室内温度40℃以下。统一管理,有利于检查维护。

(2)将变频器安装在设有风机和过滤装置的柜子里。当用户没有条件设立专门的变频器室时,可以考虑制作变频器防尘柜。设计的风机和过滤网要保证柜内足够的空气流量。用户要定期检查风机,清除过滤网上的灰尘,防止因通风量不足而使温度增高超过规定值。

(3)选用防尘能力较强变频器。市场上变频器的规格型号很多,选择时,除了价格和性能外,还应考虑变频器对环境的适应性。有些变频器没有冷却风机,靠其壳体在空气中自然散热,与风冷式变频器相比,尽管体积较大,但器件的密封性能好,不受粉尘影响,维护简单,故障率低,工作寿命长,特别适合于有腐蚀性工业气体和粉尘的场合使用。

(4)减少变频器的空载运行时间。通用变频器在工业生产过程中,一般都是经常接通电源,通过变频器的“正转/反转/公共端”控制端子(或控制面板上的按键),来控制电动机的起动/停止和旋转方向。一些设备可能是时开时停,变频器空载时风扇仍在运行,会吸附粉尘,这是不必要的。生产操作过程中,应尽量减少变频器的空载时间,以减小粉尘对变频器的影响。
