根据功能的不同，工业人机界面习惯上被分为文本显示器、触摸屏人机界面和平板电脑三大类。文本显示器一般采用单片机控制，图形化显示功能较弱，成本较低，适合低端的工业人机界面应用。触摸屏人机界面采用较高等级的嵌入式电脑设计，目前比较流行的设计是采用32位的ARM微处理器，主频一般在100MHz以上，采用Linux或WinCE等嵌入式操作系统。触摸屏人机界面具备丰富的图形功能，能够实现各种需求的图形显示、数据存储、联网通讯等功能，且可靠性高，成本比平板电脑低，体积小，是工业场合的首选，近期也逐渐替代工业PC成为主流的智能化信息终端。平板电脑是扁平设计的工业PC机，一般采用X86架构的设计，Windows XP操作系统，带触摸屏，CPU功能强大，可以完成大量的数据运算以及存储，缺点是成本较高，且部分带硬盘和风扇的设计降低系统可靠性。

The text display is usually controlled by single chip microcomputer. The graphic display function is weak and the cost is low, so it is suitable for low end industrial human-machine interface application. The human-computer interface of touch screen is designed with high level embedded computer. At present, the popular design is 32 bit ARM microprocessor. The main frequency is more than 100MHz, and the embedded operating system such as Linux or WinCE is used. The touch screen man-machine interface has rich graphic function, which can realize the functions of graphic display, data storage and network communication of various requirements. It has high reliability, low cost and small size. It is the first choice in industrial situation. In the near future, it is gradually replaced by industrial PC as the intelligent information terminal of main stream. Tablet computer is a flat design industrial PC machine, generally using X86 architecture design, Windows XP operating system, with touch screen, the CPU function is powerful, can complete a lot of data operation and storage, the disadvantage is the high cost, and part with the hard disk and fan design to reduce system reliability.
