过电流故障在变频器各种故障当中最为常见。该故障多是由于以下问题造成的:首先,启动时只要升速变频器就报故障,说明过电流很严重,多是负载短路、机械部件卡死、逆变模块软击穿损坏以及加速时间过短造成的;其次变频器一送电就报故障,而且不能“复位”排除,则大多是因为变频器内部驱动电路损坏、电流检测回路损坏等造成的;最后一种现象最为极端,变频器在通电瞬间或经过短暂的延时,便直接造成上级空开跳闸同时机身内部发出炸响或冒出火花,则变频器整流单元、功率逆变元件等直接出现击穿故障所造成的。
