变频器调试注意事项
Notices for Debugging Inverter
变频器调试步骤一般遵循：通电测试、空载运行测试，带载运行测试，联机互动测试。
Frequency converter debugging steps generally follow: on-line test, no-load operation test, on-line operation test, on-line interactive test.
1.通电测试
1. Electricity test
通电测试主要是测试变频器各操作按键是否正常有效，显示模块是否正常。
Electricity test is mainly to test whether the operation keys of the frequency converter are normal and effective, and whether the display module is normal.
2.变频器空载运行测试
2. No-load Operation Test of Frequency Converter
主要测试项目：变频器手动，点动运行是否正常，加减频率是否流畅。
Main test items: Inverter manual, point operation is normal, add and subtract frequency is smooth.
测试方法:需要脱开电机负载进行。
Test method: It needs to be carried out without motor load.
3.带载运行测试
3. On-load operation test
主要测试：变频器在带载情况下最大速度和最小速度时候输出转矩是否合规，以及加减速时间是否符合工艺要求等
Main Tests: Whether the output torque of the converter is in accordance with the requirements of maximum speed and minimum speed in the case of load, and whether the acceleration and deceleration time are in accordance with the process requirements, etc.
4.联机互动测试
4. Online Interactive Testing
主要是变频器参数优化方面的设置，使变频器能满足生产工艺各方面需求。
The main purpose is to optimize the parameters of the frequency converter, so that the frequency converter can meet all aspects of production process requirements.
